My Florida theme project is on Floridas orange grooves. I chose this theme because I grew up next to some orange grooves. My project is going to be an orange tree. To make the shape I made an outline out of poster board. Then I made slabs and cut them in the shape of a tree. To connect the top part of the tree I am doing coils. The bottom half of the tree I am going to connect them using slabs. The hardest part is the coiling and having to smooth the inside. I used a modeling tool and it is working very well.
